Click on the item you would like to purchase and select your desired size. If the item is sold out a notification will pop up. Click on “notify me when available” and enter your email address. When the item is back in stock you will be notified by email.
If you wish to cancel or amend your order please email customerservice@label15.com, quoting your order number, as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes requested however, once an order has been processed we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or amended.
We go to great lengths to ensure the cut of each one of our styles hangs beautifully on the body. You could find a size reference and further details about the cut and fit of each individual item available on every product page. Customers may compare the reference measurements with your own to find the best choice.
We are sure you will be delighted with our items, but if for any reason you would like to return your item/s, they can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. We gladly accept returns for most items in good condition (except for some specific products). If you like to request a return or exchange, please email customerservice@label15.com.
